Learn to develop and trust your own intuition to manifest intention. Our sessions will be very interactive and will include drum journeys for exploring the intention you have set and using your intuition as your guide. Week 1: Intention and Earth. Learn to identify and heal energy leaks through body scans and cultivating energy practices. Week 2: Intuition and Air.  Learn and practice techniques to feel and know your intuition. Week 3: Building Power and Fire. Creativity exercises to connect with energy in ourselves and others.  Week 4: Flow and Water. Open our listening and voice to strengthen our authentic presence in the world and with ourselves. 

Gather with community to celebrate the transition to Fall and Winter, a big transition for us Alaskans. We will journey together with the drum to hold balance.

This is a two session program to learn to work with and develop relationships with Spirit Animals for guidance, healing and growth. Prior to the sessions, I will journey to ask for your spirit animals and any messages they have for you. Then in our session together we will learn to work and journey with them.
